Anti-Spam Policy
Relationship Resources does not send or permit unsolicited email. Learn about our policy and how to report spam.
01 Our policy
Marketing any Relationship Resources website or site component through unsolicited email, also known as spam, is strictly prohibited. Email advertising must follow a prior personal or business relationship with the recipient, including an email address obtained through a verifiable opt-in procedure.
02 Prohibited practices
We prohibit email that uses invalid or forged headers, invalid or nonexistent domain names, counterfeit email, deceptive addressing, or other techniques intended to hide or obscure its source. We also prohibit email relayed through a third party’s mail server without that party’s permission.
We do not authorize harvesting or collecting screen names or email addresses from an internet service for unsolicited email. A client found to have marketed Relationship Resources through addresses gathered in this way may be terminated. Sending unsolicited bulk or counterfeit email may also result in civil or criminal penalties under applicable federal or state law.
03 Email you receive from us
We only send email to people who have asked to receive it, such as when you sign up for weekly tips, our newsletter, or a free resource. Every email includes a link to unsubscribe at any time. We will never sell, trade, or misuse your personal information.
04 Report unsolicited email
If you receive unsolicited email advertising a Relationship Resources website, forward the offending email to admin@RRbooks.org. Include your name, address, telephone number, and any information you have about the person or organization that sent it.
