Mission & history
Practical help, shaped by a lifetime of service.
Relationship Resources grew from decades spent listening to missionaries, ministry leaders, churches, and families—and turning what helped them into tools others could use.

A legacy carried forward
Ken Williams, PhD, built the foundation. Gaylyn expanded the work.
Ken Williams (1932–2013) developed the original relationship skills and training through missionary service, behavioral research, and pastoral care. Gaylyn brought sixteen years with Wycliffe Bible Translators, linguistic training, writing, and ministry leadership to the work they founded together.
Since then, Gaylyn has created many more books, studies, workshops, and facilitator resources spanning relationships, stress, joy, faith, identity, ministry support, and Israel.
Their shared conviction still guides Relationship Resources: people grow when truth is paired with a safe place to practice.
