Jesus was called thirty-one different names just in His last week on earth, including what He called Himself. Isn’t that amazing! Think about that. How many names do you have?
Some things you can do today with God’s name
- Meditate on the name of Jesus, which comes from the Hebrew word, Yeshua, or Joshua. It means “Jehovah is Salvation” or “the LORD saves.” What does that mean to you today?
- There is amazing power in Jesus’ name. Read John 14:12-14 and John 15:16 to discover more of the power in the name of Jesus.
- Ask the Lord to show you how you can tap into the power in Jesus’ name in new ways.
