Steps on Your Journey to Know God More Intimately
- Remember your Creator. He created your entire being. Because He created you He knows you intimately. He made you just the way you are, although sometimes we mess up His creation by what we do to our bodies or minds.
- I used to complain about my body, because I didn’t like things about it. But I realized when I do that, I’m saying God didn’t do a good job when He made me. Forgive me Lord and remind me never to do that again.
- Do you recognize your Creator? Or do you tend to take credit for who you are?
- Thank the Lord today that He is your Creator. Spend some time focusing on how He created you—your mind, your body, your heart and your spirit.
A Prayer for You
Creator, thank You for making me just the way You did. Forgive me for complaining about things I don’t like about myself. Help me to remember that You made me and You don’t make mistakes or inferior quality in Your creations.
