Steps on Your Journey to Know God More Intimately
- Nahag means to lead, guide, drive forth and proceed.
- Meditate on this name.
- How has God been your guide?
- In what areas do you need Him to be your guide today?
- This verse says He will be your guide even to the end. Think about that. You will never, ever be alone. He will always be there with you, guiding you in the way you are to go.
- He is your guide, but you have a choice whether or not to follow His leading. Have you been following Him? If not, what might you need to change?
- Are there any areas of your life in which you are not letting God be your guide?
- Talk to Him about this name. Thank Him for all the ways and times He has guided your life.
A Prayer for You
Lord, thank You that You have always guided my life and that You will be my guide even to the very end. Thank You that I don’t need to fear the future or death, because You will be there with me, guiding me. Forgive me for failing to follow You. I want to see You more clearly and follow You wherever You lead me.
